Description
Drizzle this dressing over any of your favorite salads for a bright finish. This is also great over your favorite pasta salad!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced, or 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or other container with tight-fitting lid).
- Secure lid. Shake until well combined.
- Place dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to help flavors combine.
- Shake again prior to serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
