Simple Italian Dressing


Ingredients

  •  2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced or 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 medium onion, diced or 2 tsp onion powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced or 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced or 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or other container with tight-fitting lid).
  2. Secure lid, then shake ingredients until well combined.
  3. Place dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to help flavors combine.
  4. Shake again prior to serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
