This Thai Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe is great on a variety of salads, or use it as a dip for meat!
PrintThai Ginger Salad Dressing
- Yield: 16 Tablespoons 1x
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 ½ Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or other container with tight-fitting lid)
- Secure lid then shake ingredients until well combined.
- Place dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to help flavors combine.
- Shake again prior to serving. Enjoy!
