Thai Ginger Salad Dressing

Thai Ginger Salad Dressing


Ingredients

Scale
  •  1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1.  Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or other container with tight-fitting lid)
  2. Secure lid then shake ingredients until well combined.
  3. Place dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to help flavors combine.
  4. Shake again prior to serving. Enjoy!
