This Simple Italian Dressing is great to have on hand as pantry staple fo ra variety of recipes.

- Yield: 16 Tablespoons 1x
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp parmesan, finely grated
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced or 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 medium onion, diced or 2 tsp onion powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced or 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced or 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or other container with tight-fitting lid).
- Secure lid, then shake ingredients until well combined.
- Place dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to help flavors combine.
- Shake again prior to serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
