Cocoa Banana Parfait


Ingredients

Scale
  •  1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter 
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana, cut into small chunks
  • 1 tsp chocolate chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir peanut butter and cinnamon into Greek yogurt until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add banana and chocolate chunks and stir.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze for 15-20 minutes.
